God expects more of us as stewards than just our tithes and offerings.  He expects us to be good stewards of our time and talents as well.  Time is a major commodity in our society.  Since we cannot make time we must recognize the importance of the proper use of our time.  Setting priorities for the proper use of our time is an issue that Christians need to recognize.

"There is an appointed time for everything.  And there is a time for every event under heaven."    ECCLESIASTES 3:1

God has gifted each of His children.  It is our responsibility to discover those gifts and use them.  God has also given us abilities.  Part of our stewardship is in developing these abilities.

"Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly."      ROMANS 12:6

There are many opportunities to utilize your abilities to bless others.  You may not think you have anything to offer someone else but God has gifted each one of us! We all have gifts and abilities that we could use to make a difference in the lives of others.  If you're not currently using yours, please consider volunteering.
