vision statement
vision statement of champions
The vision of Champions Church is to see people saved, healed, set free, discipled and released to ministry service for God and His Kingdom. We have a commission from God to reach every person with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Champions believes that we all have a calling to minister just like Jesus does.
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
LUKE 4:18-19
Champions celebrates God's work in us and through us, by connecting people to God and each other and helping each individual to contribute their life and resources to ministry activities that will expand the Kingdom of God. We demonstrate our love for God through our love for people, helping each person experience an intimate relationship with God in every aspect of their life.
Champions is growing, and many new and dynamic ministries have been and continue to be created to help minister to individuals and families. In the midst of all this exciting activity, we recognize that church health is more important than numerical growth and church programs. At Champions, we recognize that God has a specific plan and purpose for each person's life. That's why the vision of Champions Church is to see each and every person saved, healed, set free, discipled and released to ministry. The heart of Champions is to help people of all economic, social and ethnic backgrounds to reach their full potential and destiny in the Kingdom of God.
